3. Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements:

• • Minimum age: 21 years (18 years for co-applicants)
• • Maximum age: 65 years at loan maturity
• • Valid Indian citizenship or NRI status
• • Stable income source for minimum 2 years
• • Satisfactory credit history and credit score

4. Interest Rates and Charges

• • Interest rates are subject to change based on market conditions
• • Processing fees are non-refundable once application is processed
• • Late payment charges apply as per loan agreement
• • Pre-payment charges may apply as per loan terms
• • All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Documentation Requirements

Standard Documents Required:

• • Identity Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID)
• • Address Proof (Utility bills, Bank statements)
• • Income Proof (Salary slips, ITR, Bank statements)
• • Employment/Business Proof
• • Property documents (for secured loans)
• • Additional documents as required by lending institution

6. Loan Disbursement

• • Disbursement is subject to completion of all formalities
• • Funds will be transferred to verified bank account only
• • Property verification required for secured loans
• • Insurance requirements must be fulfilled before disbursement

7. Repayment Terms

• • EMI payments must be made on due dates
• • Auto-debit mandate is mandatory for loan repayment
• • Bounced payment charges apply for failed transactions
• • Early repayment options available with applicable charges
• • Default in payment may lead to legal action

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• • Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy
• • Credit information may be shared with credit bureaus
• • We may use your information for loan processing and servicing
• • Third-party verification agencies may be used for verification

9. Default and Recovery

• • Default in payment may result in loan acceleration
• • Recovery charges and legal costs will be borne by borrower
• • Credit score will be negatively impacted
• • Collateral may be seized for secured loans
• • Legal proceedings may be initiated

• • Service charges are applicable regardless of loan approval

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
